Meet Priyanshi Bhardwaj
I am a Counselling Psychologist, having a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology, practicing since 2019. I have undergone many training programs within Counseling and Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Embodied Presence and Grief Counseling in Delhi.
Psychology, Counseling and Therapy for me, has always been a field of complexities and layers. This journey has helped me to uncover each layer step by step, one by one, an exploration that never comes to an end.
Approach

Providing an environment of acceptance, authenticity, and genuineness, while following the ethical guidelines are the main foundations of my work.
I intend to bring Radical Acceptance, Compassion, Presence, and Curiosity to life.
I firmly believe that counseling and therapy is a process; a journey unique to each human, one that cannot be reduced to quick fixes.
My approach includes many elements from Internal Family Systems Therapy, Gestalt Principles and Narrative Therapy among other perspectives.
I think of myself as a facilitator and a mirror.
Witnessing the journey of my fellow humans as they uncover layers within themselves, nurture compassion, welcome their parts, integrate their inner stories, and honor their enough and whole selves.
